Premed Gunner is an exam-preparation app for the MCAT, published by Rezumab LLC. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Association of American Medical Colleges. MCAT is a registered trademark of the AAMC. All questions, passages and figures are original work written for this app.
The App provides study material only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it makes no promise about any exam result or admission outcome. Score projections are estimates built from the data you enter.
Your Account
You may use the App anonymously. Signing in with Google or Apple links your progress to an account so it can be restored on another device. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab; see the Privacy Policy for what that removes.
Subscriptions
Premed Gunner Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
Use of the App is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Acceptable Use
Content in the App is licensed to you for personal study. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape or resell it, reverse-engineer the App, or interfere with the leaderboard, referral or entitlement systems.
Changes and Termination
We may update the App and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Warranty and Liability
The App is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rezumab LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
